North America
The white pine of eastern North American forests. Its aromatic needles have been brewed into traditional infusions for generations.

Far East
The red pine of Japan and Korea. In Korean tradition its needles — solnip — flavor teas, cakes and home remedies.

Pinus Massoniana
Southern China
Masson's pine of the Chinese hills. Its pollen has been harvested and eaten as food in Far Eastern tradition for centuries.

to bottle

Harvest
Needles and pollen are gathered by hand, in the right season, when aroma and color signal each species' ideal moment.
Step 02
Selection
Only whole, aromatic material moves forward. Careful washing and drying preserve what the forest delivered.
Step 03
Extraction
Slow, artisanal extraction in small quantities, preserving the natural compounds of the four species.
Step 04
Bottling
Hand-bottled in amber glass, batch by batch, with no artificial preservatives. From our farm to your home.
